Yandex Uzbekistan is looking for a Key Account Manager to grow Yandex Eats partnerships in regional markets by improving partner performance and driving revenue growth.

You will be responsible for
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with restaurant partners across Uzbekistan
• Conducting regular face-to-face and virtual meetings to understand partner needs and identify growth opportunities
• Resolving operational and commercial issues to ensure partner satisfaction and retention
• Collaborating with marketing, product, operations, and integrations teams to launch joint initiatives
• Analyzing partner performance metrics, market trends, and operational data to identify improvement areas
• Preparing presentations and reports with clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
• Promoting and selling marketing and promotional tools, demonstrating their value and ROI
• Managing partner-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
You might be a fit if you have
• Experience working with partners and a good understanding of P&L
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
• A proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset
• The ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Fluent Uzbek and Russian
