Yango Group is looking for a Voice Support Specialist to respond to driver inquiries, make outbound calls, and gather feedback. In this role, you will help improve the driver experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to driver inquiries in a timely and accurate manner by phone
• Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with internal teams to improve processes
• Collecting and communicating feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French, English, and Wolof
• A genuine interest in helping and communicating with people
• Good problem-solving and conflict-management skills
• The ability to write quickly and accurately
