Your main objective will be to provide stable, high-quality service to our partners and passengers across the country, building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
You will be responsible for
• Fostering long-term relationships with partners in large and small cities • Analyzing key service metrics in your cities, identifying growth avenues and problem areas • Interacting with marketing, support, analytics, and other teams to meet partner needs and grow the service • Meeting and negotiating with partners, presenting the company’s strengths and resolving operational issues • Traveling between cities to meet with partners and analyze the local situation on the ground
You might be a fit if you have
• Worked on projects and built communication channels within a major company • Fluency in Uzbek and Russian • Worked with office apps like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and MS Office • Strong experience selling, presenting, and negotiating at all levels, including with decision-makers and government agencies • The basic skills needed to analyze data and draw conclusions • A systematic mindset for building long-term relationships with a variety of partners • The ability to work self-sufficiently, plan your time well, and manage frequent business trips • A willingness to personally test our product and give constructive feedback
