Quality Manager (Uzbekistan)

Yango Lavka is a 15-minute grocery delivery service. We are looking for a Quality Manager responsible for ensuring product quality. In this role, you will contribute to meeting customer expectations and achieving key business goals.
You will be responsible for
• Working with manufacturers on developing and implementing corrective actions related to non-conformities and supporting supplier development • Reviewing and approving product labels • Preparing and approving technical product specifications • Processing customer complaints received through support channels • Implementing the production control program and obtaining conformity declarations for kitchen module products • Interacting with state inspection authorities, including sanitary and veterinary services
You might be a fit if you have
• Higher or specialized secondary education in food technology or quality management systems (preferred) • 3+ years of experience in food production quality management or retail quality control • 1+ year of experience conducting external audits • Knowledge of food safety management systems (ISO 22000, FSSC); familiarity with IFS and BRS is an advantage • Knowledge of local legislation related to retail and public catering services • Experience in product declaration processes and production audits • Knowledge of quality assessment standards for fruits and vegetables
