We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to support the growth of our delivery service. In this role, you will work on developing both sides of the marketplace (drivers and clients) for sustainable business growth.
You will be responsible for
• Acquiring and engaging drivers and business clients for the delivery service • Managing the full customer journey, from initial contact to onboarding and ongoing support • Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify growth opportunities • Selling service solutions to business clients and partners • Negotiating terms of cooperation and managing partner and client agreements • Testing and optimizing client acquisition channels • Monitoring service quality and managing operational processes on key city routes

• Strong communication skills in English and solid interpersonal skills • A proactive, hands-on approach to business development and problem-solving • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Confidence working with data and using it to guide decisions
