We are looking for a proactive and organized International Events Manager to take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivering the company’s international events.
You will be responsible for
• Developing detailed event briefs for company events • Organizing company events independently and in cooperation with agencies • Booking venues, catering, and equipment, and arranging transfers • Managing event logistics and coordinating participants and partners • Handling communication with organizers and attendees • Working with contractors, preparing budgets, managing contracts, and maintaining reporting • Collaborating with internal teams across departments
You might be a fit if you have
• 3+ years of experience in the event industry (preferably both agency and in-house) • Experience organizing events of different scales, formats, and complexity levels • The ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment • Confidence in decision-making and interest in solving non-standard tasks • A readiness to work flexible hours • A systematic approach to your work and project management skills
