We are looking for an HR Administrator to support a fast-growing business in Uzbekistan and become part of an international team. In addition to operational tasks, you will help continuously improve HR processes, work on automation, and implement AI solutions in HR.
You will be responsible for
• Managing the full cycle of HR administration
• Maintaining HR documentation and ensuring up-to-date local policies and procedures
• Managing timesheet records and maintaining personnel data
• Registering and administering foreign employees
• Preparing internal and statutory reports
• Ensuring compliance with labor legislation in all HR operations
• Participating in automation and HR process improvement projects
• Supporting manager training initiatives
• Sharing know-how and collaborating with colleagues from different countries
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation
• 3+ years of experience in HR administration
• Experience working with HR accounting systems (1C and Oracle preferred)
• Experience supporting 250+ employees in a fast-growing, dynamic business
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Russian and Uzbek
It’d be a plus if you:
• Are fluent in English
• Hold a higher education degree in human resource management
