• Managing regulatory and government relations in collaboration with the local GR team • Interacting with key stakeholders, including tax authorities, the Ministry of Interior, and the Ministry of Transport • Supporting the development and execution of a government relations approach aligned with HQ strategy • Ensuring stable operating conditions in the local market and proactively addressing regulatory issues • Participating in compliance-related discussions, balancing regulatory expectations with business efficiency • Managing selected local cost items (partial P&L), including SMS, communication, and vendor-related costs • Negotiating with telecom operators and other suppliers • Working with HQ teams to identify and implement local efficiency initiatives • Managing relationships with major taxi intermediaries and fleet-like partners • Maintaining stable partnerships to ensure supply continuity and market position • Leading the local team and ensuring disciplined execution • Acting as the key interface between HQ and local operations • Translating centralized strategy into effective local implementation
