We are looking for a Support Specialist in Togo to help users and partners by ensuring clear communication and timely assistance. In this role, you will contribute to service quality and customer satisfaction as part of an international team.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer queries by email and chat in a timely and accurate manner
• Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with internal teams to improve communication processes
• Collecting and communicating user feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams

• A genuine interest in helping and communicating with people
• Good problem-solving and conflict-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• The ability to write quickly and accurately
• Readiness to work day or night shifts on a 5/2 schedule
