Key Account Manager in Delivery (Armenia)

Yango Delivery provides city-to-city delivery of documents, cargo, and goods for businesses. Our service operates in many countries worldwide and continues to grow in Armenia. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team in Yerevan. This role offers an opportunity to start or continue a career in sales at a large technology company with established processes, a strong team, and mentor support.
You will be responsible for
• Managing and developing a mixed client portfolio, including small companies with regular shipments and key large clients • Building long-term client relationships and monitoring agreement fulfillment • Systematically increasing client turnover • Making cold and warm calls and working through the full sales cycle • Identifying potential clients in priority industries, presenting the service, holding meetings, and closing deals • Achieving planned performance indicators • Contributing to making Yango Delivery a reliable and predictable logistics partner for businesses
You might be a fit if you have
• A readiness to actively make cold calls on a daily basis • A valid Armenian Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) • Motivation to build a career in sales and a results-oriented mindset • A good command of Armenian and Russian or English (spoken and written) • The ability to quickly process information and handle multiple tasks in parallel • The ability to follow instructions and make independent decisions It’d be a plus if you: • Have initial experience in telephone or offline sales • Are familiar with CRM system principles • Understand the basics of B2B sales and client interaction
