• Managing the full cycle of HR administration in a 250-strong workforce, including hiring, transfers, terminations, absences, and business trips
• Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and managing HR documentation flow (distribution and control of document signing)
• Maintaining and updating in-house regulations, policies, and procedures
• Managing employment record books and maintaining timekeeping records
• Preparing and submitting data for payroll processing
• Registering and administering foreign employees
• Maintaining personnel archives
• Preparing internal and statutory reports
• Ensuring the timely issuance of certificates and documents upon request
• Consulting employees and managers on HR-related matters
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including accounting, compensation and benefits, recruiters, HR business partners, and others
• Participating in HR process improvement projects
