We are looking for an HR Admin to manage HR operations in our 200-strong team. In this role, you will be responsible for personnel administration and providing reliable support to employees and management on all HR-related matters.
You will be responsible for
• Managing the full cycle of HR administration in a 200-strong workforce, including hiring, transfers, terminations, absences, and business trips
• Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and managing HR documentation flow (distribution and control of document signing)
• Maintaining and updating in-house regulations, policies, and procedures
• Managing employment record books and maintaining timekeeping records
• Preparing and submitting data for payroll processing
• Registering and administering foreign employees
• Maintaining personnel archives
• Preparing internal and statutory reports
• Ensuring the timely issuance of certificates and documents upon request
• Consulting employees and managers on HR-related matters
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including accounting, compensation and benefits, recruiters, and HR business partners
• Participating in HR process improvement projects
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation
• Familiarity with labor law and corporate data standards
• 3+ years of experience in HR administration
• Experience working with HR systems (1C, Oracle)
• Experience working with a workforce of 100+ employees in a fast-growing, dynamic business environment
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent Russian, Azerbaijani and English
It’d be a plus if you:
• Hold a degree in human resources management
