We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to join our operations team in Abidjan. In this role, you will be the key link for our supply partners and be responsible for relationship management, acquisition, and executing strategic projects to drive supply quality and volume. You will be responsible for
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing partners, ensuring compliance, conducting reviews, and increasing partner engagement
• Identifying, approaching, and onboarding new supply partners in priority sectors to meet growth targets
• Leading and contributing to cross-functional projects, including organizing events and improving processes
• Handling partner invoices, financial reconciliation, dashboards, and related administrative tasks
• Monitoring key metrics and tracking performance by analyzing data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making
You might be a fit if you have
• A good command of English (spoken and written) to communicate with HQ and local teams
• Confidence working with data, analyzing numbers, and making data-driven recommendations
• A proactive, energetic, and action-oriented approach
• A flexible and adaptive mindset along with the ability to switch between projects and tasks based on priorities
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• A university degree
It’d be a plus if you:
• Have experience in tech, operations, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Have prior exposure to business development, partner management, or account management
• Understand basic project management principles
