Finance Manager (Uzbekistan)

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will become a strong member of the team. In this role, you will help control the budget, build financial analytics, and improve financial processes within one of our services.
You will be responsible for
• Monitoring budget execution through regular tracking of planned financial indicators • Performing plan-vs-actual analysis and working with key analytical metrics • Supporting business teams in preparing detailed budgets • Participating in the development and regular updates of rolling financial forecasts • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data used for management decision-making • Building a system of analytical indicators to assess business performance • Implementing tools to monitor key financial metrics • Analyzing reasons for deviations from planned financial targets • Identifying growth drivers and efficiency improvement opportunities • Preparing plan-vs-actual reports and financial forecasts • Visualizing financial data clearly and understandably for both project owners and budget holders
You might be a fit if you have
• A business-oriented mindset and focus on solving business problems • The ability to analyze complex systems with multiple influencing factors • The ability to clearly explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • Knowledge of management accounting principles, cost allocation, and budgeting processes • Familiarity with Uzbekistan accounting standards • Fluency in Uzbek • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas)
