Client Development Manager (Qazaqstan)

Our platforms connect more than 600,000 advertisers with over 90,000 publishers worldwide, providing comprehensive tools for growth, advanced analytics, and effective monetization. Currently, we’re looking for a Client Development Manager to join our team in Qazaqstan and contribute to the enhancement of next-gen advertising solutions.
You will be responsible for
• Identifying potential partner leads and developing trade relationships with digital agencies, including building relationships from C-level to account level to grow the client base together with partners • Growing partner revenue through sales channel forecasting and pipeline management, taking into account the product portfolio lifecycle, market maturity, and client needs • Coordinating local marketing activities related to annual sales operations and contributing to partners’ field activities • Managing projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, while maintaining a high-level view of overall business operations
You might be a fit if you have
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital media buying, e-commerce, or a related field • A strong analytical, sales, and business development background • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills • The ability to work independently and grow the agency channel partner network nationwide • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets through sales channel management • Fluent written and spoken English and local languages
