Yandex Uzbekistan is looking for an Agency Partnership Development Manager to join Yandex Ads in Uzbekistan and contribute to the enhancement of next-gen advertising solutions.

You will be responsible for
• Searching for new partner leads and developing relationships with digital agency partners, including building C-level and account-level connections to expand the client base through partners
• Growing partner revenue through sales channel forecasting and pipeline management, taking into account product portfolio lifecycle, market maturity, and client needs
• Coordinating local marketing activities related to annual sales operations and supporting partners’ field activities
• Handling projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, while maintaining a high-level view of overall business operations
You might be a fit if you have
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital media buying, ecommerce, or a related field
• A strong analytical, sales, and business development background
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• The ability to work independently and grow an agency partner network at a national level
• Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets through channel sales management
• Fluent written and spoken English and local languages
