We are seeking a Hub Support Specialist to assist customers, resolve issues, and support service quality across our operations. In this role, you will work from the office hub and handle both remote and face-to-face interactions with customers and partners. You will join a dynamic environment guided by Yango’s values of “go global” and “go beyond”, contributing to reliable customer interactions and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer and partner queries in a timely and accurate manner by phone, email, and chat • Handling face-to-face customer and partner requests at the hub office • Making outbound and proactive calls to customers and partners • Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members • Collecting customer feedback and sharing it with product, sales, and marketing teams
You might be a fit if you have
• Basic knowledge of customer support principles and practices • A personal laptop • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • The ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment • At least 6 months of experience in customer support • Fluency in Amharic and English
