We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee administrative support at our office in Dubai. This role is a good fit for someone with relevant experience, a positive mindset, strong communication skills, upper-intermediate English and fluent Russian.

You will be responsible for
• Coordinating, organizing, and supervising events at the office
• Running tenders for service and supply contracts and monitoring their execution
• Tracking trends in the corporate catering market
• Ordering office inventory, including food and supplies for events
• Coordinating work with contractors and internal office teams
• Participating in annual budget preparation and quarterly re-forecasts, and maintaining plan-to-fact tracking
• Conducting consumption and cost analysis
• Communicating with employees in internal chats and responding to operational requests
You might be a fit if you have
• Experience as an office manager, administrator, or project manager
• Strong office organization and coordination skills
• The ability to make quick, independent decisions in challenging situations
• Well-developed negotiation and presentation skills
• A positive, sociable approach and readiness to address complex employee requests in non-standard situations
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Confident computer skills (Excel, Word)
