We are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to manage the sales process and build strong, long-term relationships with our partners. This role suits someone who is interested in sales processes, enjoys working with partners, speaks English and Spanish, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for
• Identifying and prospecting new partners, including restaurants and retail businesses
• Conducting sales presentations and negotiating partnership terms and agreements
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key partners
• Managing and updating the sales pipeline and activity records in the CRM system
• Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for new partner acquisitions
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners
You might be a fit if you have
• Sales experience in Cochabamba and La Paz
• Experience selling to large retail companies and working with key decision-makers
• An existing network or contacts within large retail companies (strongly preferred)
• An understanding of sales processes and basic sales strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
• Well-developed negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
