Yango Group is looking for a Support Specialist in Guatemala to handle customer requests, make outbound calls, and collect customer feedback. This is a remote role for someone who enjoys helping people and can confidently resolve issues in a dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner by phone, email, and chat • Making outbound and proactive calls to customers and partners when needed • Sharing feature requests, insights, and effective workarounds with team members • Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with product, sales, and marketing teams
You might be a fit if you have
• Experience in customer service (call center experience preferred) • A genuine passion for helping and communicating with people • Good problem-solving and conflict-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English • The ability to write quickly and accurately • A personal PC and a stable internet connection Why Yango?
