Key Account Manager (Senegal)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Senegal. You will play a key role in managing partnerships, supporting operational processes, and strengthening collaboration with key clients in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for
• Managing and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction • Developing and implementing account strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities • Conducting regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, collect feedback, share updates, and discuss new collaboration opportunities • Collaborating with internal teams (product, engineering, and support) to ensure timely delivery of products and services and resolve operational bottlenecks • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine account strategies • Preparing and presenting reports on account performance and market trends, highlighting key metrics, challenges, achievements, and recommendations • Searching for new partners and actively engaging with existing ones to strengthen cooperation and expand opportunities for interaction (including companies that own and aggregate taxi fleets) • Providing support to partners, including scouting and engagement on social media
You might be a fit if you have
• 3–5 years of experience in account management or a related area • A proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth • Strong negotiation and communication skills for working with senior stakeholders • Excellent knowledge of the local market—including cultural nuances and business practices—to adapt work strategies and improve client engagement • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in French and English
