You will assist with technical questions, escalate complex issues when needed, and work closely with internal teams to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
• Assisting customers with technical issues and troubleshooting
• Escalating complex cases to higher-level support teams
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes and overall customer experience
You might be a fit if you have
• Basic knowledge of customer support principles and practices
• A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply (including backup)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• 6+ months of experience in customer support
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
