We are seeking a Junior Support Specialist to assist customers, resolve issues, and support service quality across our operations. You will work in a dynamic environment guided by the values of “go global” and “go beyond”, contributing to reliable customer interactions and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer inquiries by email, phone, and chats
• Assisting customers with technical issues and troubleshooting
• Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes and customer satisfaction
You might be a fit if you have
• Basic knowledge of customer support principles and practices
• A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply (including backup)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• 6+ months of experience in customer support
• Fluency in Amharic and English
