Yango Group is seeking a Hub Expert to assist partners and scouts, deliver training, and help maintain service quality across our operations. The role supports the company’s “go global” and “go beyond” values by ensuring reliable service interactions and efficient onboarding processes.
You will be responsible for
• Providing offline support to partners and scouts in resolving issues
• Conducting training sessions on how to use the platform
• Collecting and relaying feedback to improve processes and service quality
• Monitoring and maintaining high standards of customer service
• Identifying and participating in onboarding activities for new partners
You might be a fit if you have
• Botswana citizenship and permanent residence in Botswana
• Proven skills in training and presenting information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• The ability to work under pressure and stress resistance
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
It will be a plus if you have:
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service
• Good knowledge of the company’s products or services
