• Supporting end-to-end development of the Cargo service across demand (customer acquisition, commercial offers, market positioning) and operations (courier management, fleet, last-mile logistics), aligning business goals with operational capabilities
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis by monitoring trends, pricing models, customer preferences, service offerings, and innovations to generate insights for product development and go-to-market planning
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Preparing commercial offers and presentations with sales and marketing teams, ensuring accurate pricing structures, service specifications, SLAs, and clear value propositions
• Managing the acquisition and onboarding of couriers, negotiating with courier companies, defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and maintaining strong operational partnerships
• Developing and optimizing operational processes for courier recruitment, planning, support, fleet management, and partner relations, reducing friction, lowering costs, and improving consistency
• Analyzing customer segments to identify high-potential groups, developing acquisition strategies, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to launch targeted campaigns
• Making data-driven decisions to improve accuracy, efficiency, safety, and optimization in warehouse and last-mile operations by monitoring performance and testing improvements
• Tracking and analyzing key metrics of courier companies, maintaining dashboards, reviewing performance, benchmarking results, and implementing corrective actions with partners
