Growth Specialist (Peru)

Yango Group is seeking a Growth Specialist in Peru to drive strategic initiatives that expand and develop our driver supply, optimize operational processes, and support new mobility scenarios. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen the operational backbone of a growing mobility business and make a tangible impact in the region.
You will be responsible for
• Designing and implementing strategies for driver acquisition, onboarding, and retention • Analyzing performance metrics to optimize driver engagement and satisfaction • Leading the execution of new businesses and initiatives, such as new service classes and services within the app • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth rollouts and scalable operations • Developing and maintaining processes for investment monitoring, reporting, and cost optimization • Driving projects to increase the share of cashless payments and improve the user experience • Working closely with local and global teams to align goals and ensure successful project implementation • Communicating project progress, risks, and results to senior leadership • Establishing relationships with external partners • Applying data insights to identify opportunities for operational improvement • Building KPIs and dashboards to measure project success and support decision-making
You might be a fit if you have
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, economics, engineering, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) • Experience in operations, consulting, project management, sales, or a related role (preferably in ride-hailing, logistics, or tech) • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results • An analytical mindset with experience using data tools to support decisions • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment • An entrepreneurial, hands-on, problem-solving mindset • Familiarity with operational metrics • An understanding of LatAm’s ride-hailing or transportation industry (preferred) • 5–7 years of relevant experience
