We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to support the rollout of our City-to-City delivery service. In line with our company values of “go tech” and “grow together”, you will work on developing both sides of our marketplace—drivers and clients—to ensure a stable and well-coordinated service.
You will be responsible for
• Acquiring and engaging drivers and clients for our City-to-City delivery service
• Managing the customer journey, from initial contact and development to onboarding and support
• Strengthening the partner driver network through active recruitment and relationship management
• Applying and refining different acquisition channels to attract business clients
• Monitoring service quality and overseeing operational processes on key routes
• Coordinating tasks related to the rollout and further development of the business line

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• A proactive, hands-on approach to business development and problem-solving
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Confidence working with data and applying it to your decisions
• Residency in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire
