We are seeking an Operations & Business Development Manager to support and strengthen our driver-partner ecosystem in Colombia. You will oversee partner acquisition, engagement, retention, and performance management, ensuring a stable operational flow that contributes to service quality. The role requires strong leadership, a structured and data-driven mindset, and an understanding of the local mobility landscape.
You will be responsible for
• Leading the full lifecycle of driver-partner management, from onboarding and training to performance monitoring and support • Designing and refining processes for fleet and individual driver engagement, ensuring operational efficiency • Establishing KPIs and metrics to track partner productivity, service quality, and profitability • Developing and coordinating initiatives that support active driver supply and reduce partner churn • Working with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to align operational priorities with company objectives • Building operational models adapted to regional mobility specifics and market conditions in Colombia • Maintaining effective communication channels with partner drivers to support engagement and trust • Coordinating programs that encourage driver loyalty, including incentive schemes, recognition initiatives, and training • Serving as an escalation point for complex partner issues and regulatory topics • Using analytics to identify bottlenecks, forecast partner-supply needs, and optimize resource allocation • Using performance dashboards to monitor key indicators such as trips, GMV, active drivers, recall/reactivated drivers, and partner satisfaction
You might be a fit if you have
• 4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or mobility services, including leadership experience and working with partner or supply-side ecosystems • Strong analytical proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and CRM platforms, as well as an understanding of mobility platforms and marketplace dynamics • Spanish (native) and English (advanced) • Structured, strategic, and analytical thinking • Experience in operational process improvement • Communication skills and empathy for partner relations • The ability to operate effectively in an active and changing environment
