We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Manager to help launch and grow our new City-to-City delivery service. In line with our company's values of "go tech" and "grow together", you will play a key role in developing both sides of our marketplace—drivers and clients—to ensure the service's success.
You will be responsible for
• Driving growth by acquiring and engaging both drivers and clients for our City-to-City delivery service
• Managing the end-to-end customer journey, from initial contact and development to onboarding and support
• Developing and strengthening our driver partner network through active recruitment and relationship management
• Testing and optimizing various acquisition channels to attract new business clients
• Monitoring service quality and managing operational processes for key city routes
• Overseeing project tasks related to the launch and scaling of the new business line

• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach to business development and problem-solving
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Confidence working with data and using it to guide decisions
• Residency in Karachi or Lahore, Pakistan
