Yango Group is looking for a Key Account Manager to support client growth, strengthen partnerships, and contribute to the development of efficient commercial processes. You will work with business clients, coordinate with internal teams, and help drive sustainable sales results.
You will be responsible for
• Developing personal connections and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients • Monitoring client growth, managing expectations, and supporting up-selling and cross-selling activities • Ensuring consistent and effective pricing practices • Designing and improving processes and tools that support sales operations (CRM, dashboards, metrics, KPIs, playbooks) • Working with the operations team to identify clients’ operational needs and develop suitable solutions
You might be a fit if you have
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships • A hands-on approach and record of successful client development and deal closing • Strong written and verbal communication skills • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, including making outbound calls daily • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to structure processes systematically • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other business development tools to identify leads • Experience in a fast-growing technology environment (preferred)
