Yango Group is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to assist users, respond to queries, and share insights that improve our services. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Guatemala.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer queries by social media and chats • Providing timely and accurate information to users • Sharing feature requests and workarounds with the team • Gathering customer feedback and reporting it to product and business teams • Escalating issues when needed and following internal guidelines
