• A Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, economics, or a related field (postgraduate qualification is an advantage)
• 4–6 years of experience in account management, operations, or partner development ideally in ride-hailing, logistics, technology, or B2B services
• Proven experience in team leadership and operational performance management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced Excel (MS Office) and CRM tools
• A proactive, autonomous, and results-driven mindset
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese and English

• Knowledge of digital ecosystem, urban mobility, or technology platforms
