Yango Group is looking for a Voice Support Specialist for Drivers to promptly handle incoming calls, work with taxi companies and drivers to resolve various situations, and improve the quality of customer service. Apply if you are fluent in Armenian and Russian and ready to work remotely.

You will be responsible for
• Promptly handling incoming calls
• Working with taxi companies and drivers to resolve various situations
• Developing processes and tools to improve the quality of Yango ride-hailing customer service
You might be a fit if you have
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian
• Experience working in support or a call center
• The ability to work with large amounts of data
• The ability to solve diverse tasks simultaneously
• The ability to work in a team
• Independence in decision-making
• A willingness to learn and discover new things
