Yango Group is looking for a Support Specialist in Nepal to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and help improve support processes. You will communicate with users across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer inquiries by email, phone, and chat
• Assisting customers with issues related to products and services
• Escalating complex cases to senior staff or other departments
• Recording support interactions and maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintaining professionalism and empathy in all communications
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role (preferred)
• Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
