Yango Group is looking for a Junior Support Specialist to join our team in Pakistan. This role involves the recordkeeping, professionalism, and escalation inherent to multichannel customer service.
You will be responsible for
• Providing timely and effective multichannel (email, phone, chat) customer support • Assisting customers with technical issues related to our products or services • Escalating complex issues to Senior Support Specialists or relevant departments • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate logs of support interactions • Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction • Maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Urdu and English • The ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment • A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply (including backup) • 6+ months of experience in customer support • A willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
