Yango Group is seeking a Support Specialist for Yango Delivery in Peru to assist customers by email and chat, resolve issues, and relay feedback to improve our service.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner by email and chat
• Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with product, sales, and marketing teams

• Strong written and verbal skills in English and Spanish
