We are looking for a Content Specialist to create and edit responses for users and drivers, ensuring clarity, honesty, and friendliness. You will work with templates and manuals for International Support and collaborate with colleagues to maintain style consistency and quality.
You will be responsible for
• Translating new templates for the International Support team between languages
• Editing existing templates
• Reviewing templates and unifying the logic and wording of titles
• Translating other texts and manuals for International Support
• Reviewing and editing existing manuals
You might be a fit if you have
• At least one year of experience as a copywriter or editor
• A lively writing style and the ability to express thoughts clearly
• The ability to write quickly without sacrificing quality
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and responsibility meeting deadlines
• The ability to work in a team
