We are looking for a proactive Partner Support Team Lead to guide and develop our partner support specialists in Zambia. In this role, you will manage and mentor the team, enhance performance, and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for someone with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
You will be responsible for
• Leading, supervising, and motivating a team of Partner Support Specialists • Holding regular formal and informal meetings with team members • Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics • Participating in the interviewing and hiring process to grow and strengthen the team • Maintaining communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the service
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience working with teams (leadership experience will be an advantage) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Basic proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace
