We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Financial Partner to join our team and drive sustainable growth across our Latam operations. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring financial excellence and optimizing investments to maximize market impact. You’ll collaborate closely with local and HQ teams to provide insights that shape business decisions and long-term success.
You will be responsible for
• Owning financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the region, and monitoring key metrics (revenue, profit, ROI, margin)
• Identifying and driving cost optimization and process improvement initiatives
• Managing and evaluating investments across marketing and operational channels
• Developing a deep understanding of the local business model and ensuring its accurate reflection in management accounting
• Collaborating with local and HQ teams to provide financial insights and guidance
You might be a fit if you have
• 3+ years of experience as a financial business partner, FP&A, or in strategic finance, ideally in a fast-paced tech company
• Strong expertise in management accounting, financial modeling, and unit economics (P&L, ROI, margins)
• A keen eye for identifying optimization opportunities and driving them to completion
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (experience with data visualization tools is a plus)
• Fluency in English
