Yango Group is looking for a Senior Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Pakistan. In this role, you will review the work of support agents, provide constructive feedback, and help improve service quality across written and voice channels.
You will be responsible for
• Reviewing the quality of responses provided by support agents across written and voice channels
• Leaving detailed comments for each reviewed case and justifying the score
• Providing feedback to support agents with low quality scores, analyzing their mistakes, and helping improve performance
• Compiling reports based on reviewed cases and highlighting inaccuracies or inconsistencies in current procedures or guidelines
• Suggesting improvements to service quality, knowledge base content, and product functionality, and participating in team initiatives
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a team and support colleagues
• A willingness to learn and develop your professional skills
• At least six months of experience in quality assurance roles
• Fluency in English and local languages
• Your own laptop or PC workstation with stable internet and electricity (along with backup sources)
• A willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
