• Managing relationships with taxi fleets, building and nurturing long-term partnerships
• Negotiating key issues related to partner development
• Advising partners on business matters such as hiring, retention, motivation, and operational processes
• Resolving daily and non-standard requests, including technical issues, payouts, and SLA feedback
• Launching operations in new regions and recruiting partners in cities where the service is not yet available
• Expanding cooperation with existing fleets and initiating joint projects with organizations such as taxi schools, driving schools, and car dealerships
• Monitoring the market and competitors by collecting and organizing information on activities, partnerships, and pricing policies
• Maintaining daily reports, updating spreadsheets, and preparing development plans for partners
• Participating in local projects and special initiatives to grow the business and improve partner relations
