• At least 3 years of experience in targeted marketing
• Proven experience launching CRM strategies and working with mobile apps, including building CJM
• Project management skills: forming teams, setting tasks, and delivering measurable results
• Experience in audience segmentation and building communication chains
• Knowledge of targeted marketing principles and different channels (push, in-app)
• The ability to communicate effectively with analysts and developers
• Creative thinking skills and the ability to generate ideas and hypotheses
• A good understanding how to evaluate project results
• A proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach

• Have applied ML/AI in practical tasks
