Senior Key Account Manager (Azerbaijan)

Yango is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager in Baku to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. You will support account growth, provide solutions to client challenges, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver results.
You will be responsible for
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary contact, tracking project status, and informing them about changes • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, drive account growth, and identify new opportunities • Analyzing accounts, developing growth strategies, setting goals, and monitoring the effectiveness of plans • Conducting regular business reviews with clients, assessing their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions • Organizing meetings to review cooperation, collecting feedback, and developing action plans based on client requirements • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent client experience • Coordinating work between clients and internal teams, sharing feedback, and keeping clients informed about request progress • Improving service quality together with other departments • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation • Analyzing client usage to find additional sales potential, offering complementary solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating additional agreements
You might be a fit if you have
• 2–5 years of proven success in sales, preferably in the transportation or tech industry (ride-hailing experience is a plus) • The ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions • Exceptional relationship-building skills with external partners and internal stakeholders • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership • Confidence working with CRM systems and sales tools, and a good understanding of sales analytics • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani
