Yango is looking for a proactive Head of Commerce to manage sales and development with restaurants and retail. In this role, you will lead commercial processes, build effective cooperation with partners, and support the growth of your team.
You will be responsible for
• Managing the sales funnel and setting priorities for employees
• Negotiating with major partners at the level of top officials
• Training, guiding, and monitoring employee performance
• Preparing and updating commercial materials
• Building an economic model for cooperation with partners
• Developing and implementing a common portfolio development strategy
• Configuring processes for solving tasks within teams and across related departments
