We're looking for a Partner Operations Manager to join Yango Eats, a major food delivery service that connects cafes, restaurants, and stores with customers. In this role, you will be responsible for improving partner performance to enhance user experience.
You will be responsible for
• Leading partner operations
• Monitoring and managing partner performance (delays, cancellations, incorrect orders) in close cooperation with the commercial team
• Participating in developing methodologies and control tools for further process automation
• Preparing and maintaining detailed reports to support key business decisions for improving partner metrics and user experience
• Developing and managing business growth projects in the country from description to full implementation
• Improving partner content coverage and quality (assortment, photos)
• Ensuring quality support for partners
You might be a fit if you have
• At least 1 year of team management experience
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas supported by data
• Experience setting up and optimizing operational processes
• Strong initiative and responsibility with the ability to independently manage and implement projects
• Motivation to solve problems, even when they are complex or ambiguous
• Strong analytical thinking with experience using tools for data analysis, processing, and visualization
• The ability to turn quantitative data into actionable plans
• Independence, high motivation, and a proactive approach to work
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
