• Managing the full cycle of HR administration: hiring, transfers, dismissals, absences, and business trips in compliance with the Labor Code of Uzbekistan and internal regulations
• Working with a staff of 300+ employees
• Forming and maintaining personnel files and handling document flow, including distribution and control of document signing
• Keeping local regulations, policies, and procedures up to date
• Managing employment records and registering employees in the
MEHNAT.UZ system
• Maintaining time sheets and preparing data for payroll
• Registering and maintaining records of employees without Uzbek citizenship
• Archiving personnel files and preparing documents for archiving
• Preparing internal and statistical reports
• Ensuring compliance with legislation in all HR operations
• Issuing certificates and documents on request in a timely manner
• Consulting employees and managers on HR-related matters
• Collaborating with accounting, compensation and benefits, recruiter, business partner, and other teams
• Participating in projects to improve HR processes
