Yandex Ads in China is looking for an Agency Manager to develop the client portfolio by building relationships, driving sales, supporting marketing, and identifying new business opportunities.
Yandex Ads is a leading advertising platform that allows businesses with a website and/or app to get clients in the CACT region using AI technologies and marketing tools. Over 400,000 advertisers place 4.5 billion ads through Yandex Ads every day. Currently, we’re looking for an Agency Manager to join our China team and contribute to the enhancement of an outsource service for ad monetization setup and management.
You will be responsible for
• Developing and managing a portfolio of direct clients and digital agencies
• Building relationships with C-level decision-makers to expand the advertiser network
• Identifying and pursuing business opportunities to drive advertiser growth
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets while expanding revenue streams
• Supporting marketing initiatives in China and representing the company at industry events
• Conducting quantitative analysis, market research, and strategy development
You might be a fit if you have
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, cross-border e-commerce, or a related field
• Practical experience working with digital agencies and senior industry stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and a solid background in business development
• The ability to deliver confident and impactful public speaking and client presentations
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying well-organized
• A consultative sales approach with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Fluency in Russian, Chinese, and English
