Yango is looking for a Junior Content Specialist in Azerbaijan to create and improve support content, train agents, and ensure quality in user communication. This is a role for someone with strong writing skills and attention to detail who wants to grow in a collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for
• Creating response templates for a variety of scenarios
• Fact-checking and analyzing existing responses for consistency with style and logic
• Creating manuals for support agents explaining various features
• Helping with the training of new content specialists
• Evaluating the complexity of tasks, checking quality of work, and monitoring deadlines
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong written and verbal fluency in Turkish, Azerbaijani and English
• Education in linguistics, translation, or philology
• An understanding of content creation principles and best practices
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• The ability to work in a team and provide constructive feedback
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation or a related field
