Yango is looking for a Support Specialist in Mauritius to assist users and partners, handle inquiries, make outbound calls, and share feedback to improve services.
Yango is hiring a Support Specialist to assist our users and partners by responding to inquiries, conducting outbound calls, and collecting feedback to support continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for
* Responding to user queries by phone, email, and chat in a timely manner * Making outbound calls to users and partners to follow up on issues * Sharing feature requests and workarounds with internal teams * Gathering and forwarding customer feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams * Identifying recurring issues and suggesting process improvements * Maintaining accurate records of support interactions and reports
You might be a fit if you have
* Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills * Proficiency in French and English * The ability to communicate clearly and write quickly and accurately
