Yango is looking for a Junior Support Specialist in Nepal to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and help improve support processes.
You will be responsible for
• Responding to customer inquiries by email, phone, and chat
• Assisting customers with issues related to products and services
• Escalating complex cases to senior staff or other departments
• Recording support interactions and keeping accurate documentation
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintaining professionalism and empathy in all communications
You might be a fit if you have
• Strong written and verbal skills in Nepali and English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• At least 1 year of customer support or related experience (preferred)
• Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
