Yango is a technology company that builds intelligent products and services powered by machine learning. We are looking for a Hub Support Specialist in Mozambique to provide on-site support to drivers and partners, conduct platform training sessions, and help improve operational processes.
Yango is looking for a Hub Support Specialist in Mozambique to provide offline support, train partners, and gather feedback. Apply if you're fluent in English and Portuguese and have experience in customer service and carrying out training sessions.
You will be responsible for
• Offline partner and driver support • Carrying out onboarding and training sessions to ensure partners and drivers understand how to use the platform • Collecting feedback and improving processes and the overall partner experience • Monitoring customer service quality at the hub
You might be a fit if you have
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service • Strong skills in training and presenting information • Fluent English and Portuguese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • The ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate stress resilience • Good knowledge of the company’s products and services It’d be a plus if you: • Are ready to contribute to a growing international team and take part in shaping local operations
